STAND UP PADDLE YOGA
The Stand Up Paddle Yoga is a quite recent practice that combines the pleasure of yoga and also being floating on the water.
We could say that we do a regular yoga class in a very similar way as on land, but the difference is that our mat becomes a board.
Even if it can seem a bit intimidating doing Yoga on a board, a SUP Yoga Class will always offer you a level of poses that for sure you’ll manage but also enjoy them.
Adding the fact, that you give a time to connect with yourself and all the nature around you is also a plus to receive the challenge of balance on a board.
If you can step on a SUP, you can paddle, and if you can breathe, you can do Yoga, so it´s 100% sure that you’re be able to do SUP YOGA, and receive all the benefits that brings to your body, mind and soul.
